The Mount Allison New Music Ensemble, directed by Prof. Nadia Francavilla, disrupts the conventional arrangement of performer and audience. Presenting a new ensemble work, Presence and Absence, based on sounds of nature, continuing with compositions from McGill and MtA students, and finishing off with a rendition of John White’s “Drinking and Hooting Machines.”
